We are a group of Physical Therapists with over 20 years of combined experience in various settings. We provide high quality therapy care mostly in Contra Costa, Solano and other neighboring counties.
At Rehabilities Connect Staffing, LLC, we will work hard to provide therapy connection to patients and their chosen Home Health Agency. It is our goal to bridge the gap of essential therapy resources for the benefit of the patients.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapists are licensed professionals that provide evaluation and treatment for post joint replacement, hospitalization, fall, injury and other medical related debility. They identify safety concerns at home to promote patient’s ability to safely navigate home and prevent recurrence of fall or injury. Physical Therapists are essential in assisting patient's safe return to the community.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists are licensed professionals that provide evaluation and treatment related to impairment with activities of daily living brought about by fall, injury, post joint replacement and other medical related comorbidities. They work with patient to identify appropriate durable medical equipment to promote patient’s independence and safety when performing activities of daily living.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapists are licensed professionals that provide evaluation and treatment for patients with speech and language impairments, swallowing problems and cognitive deficits related to neurologic disease and comorbidities. They provide compensatory strategies in order for the patient to manage their impairments safely. Moreover, they recommend appropriate diet upgrade or downgrade ensuring safety with swallowing. Speech Therapists are integral part of patient’s recovery in coping with cognitive deficits associated with acute medical related comorbidities.
